PARENTS COUNCIL FOR LA LUCCIOLA

The Parents Council for La Lucciola was established to join forces, expertise and skills in order to support Centro La Lucciola materially, offering time, commitment and promotion with the following goals:

• promote the Centre among families that face challenges and needs connected with the upbringing of a minor with disabilities;
• promote the Centre among Associations and other concerned bodies;
• support the need of a diversified approach before competent authorities in order to tackle the specific needs of every child and family;
• promote initiatives and events with promotional and fund raising purposes.

The Council does not take any part in the therapeutic services issued by the Centre, though it supports them by resonating the experiences and parents and family members.
